Therapy


Therapy not always means going to a psychologist, it also means talking to a friend, writing down your feelings, expressing yourself through art or music.
Therapy can also mean bad habits, can mean eating more when you´re not even hungry, can mean smoking or drinking alcohol.
Therapy has so many faces, but not all of them leads you to the right path. Therapy can help you or can ruin you, but guess what? It depends on YOU, love.
Don´t let stupid feelings hurt you, don´t let stupid people get inside of your mind. You are strong, you know it, you just gotta show that strengh you´ve got, even if it´s hard to, trust me, it will help you A LOT.
